Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees depend on the destination, shipping method, and the total weight of your order. Final charges will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your order status directly through our website or via the courier’s platform.
Failed Deliveries
In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient:
Our courier partner will attempt redelivery.
Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Package Loss or Damage
We take utmost care in packaging your orders. However, in case of:
Lost Packages: Please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
Damaged Items: Report any damages along with photos of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to shipping address or order details can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
